Care instructions

Treat your jewelry with care, and you’ll enjoy it for a long time !! 

  • Please avoid leaving it in direct hot sun, by a radiator, or in a sauna or steam room.
  • Extreme heat can fade and damage it. Please avoid swimming in a pool or at sea. The chlorine or salt can damage it. Also avoid direct spraying of deodorants and perfume on the item.
  • All materials are made of the highest quality 925 Sterling Silver (not silver plated) and are handcrafted by me. Sterling Silver requires polishing from time to time from oxidation. You can easily restore silver back to its original shine with a polishing cloth or use a polishing lotion for that extra shine.

I stand behind my products 100%, and I want you to be happy and enjoy your jewelry.
If for ANY unforeseen reason you aren't happy with your purchase. Please note:

  • The returned items must be unworn and undamaged. 
  • Shipping fees are not refundable and you are responsible to ship item back in a secure method.
  • Custom-made items cannot be returned. This refers to personalized jewelry and stone set rings that can't be re-sized. 
  • To get a full refund, item must be returned within 30 days from purchasing. After that PayPal fees can't be refunded (you will get a refund minus PayPal fees). 
  • Shipping fees (both ways) will not be refunded. If your order is lost I'll refund your money minus the shipping cost.

Custom and personalized orders

If, on arrival, there is an issue with your order, please let me know immediately so I may resolve it with no delay. If it's something that is apparent on a photo, send me a photo too.

Gift wrapping and packaging

The piece (s) you ordered will come perfectly packaged in a lovely gift box or velvet bag carefully packed in a bubble wrap mailer, and ready to give as a gift.

If you have another address to which you want to send the item, please let me know and I will arrange it accordingly. Please make sure to include shipping address of the recipient along with a personalized message from you.

Sizing details

Please note: in order to show their maximum detail, I photograph all items at close range, especially small items, and they may appear larger than they actually are. Please read the item description for size details or contact me if you have any questions.

Custom

Note that the buyer is responsible for any taxes or duties that may be occur at customs authorities at destination country. No refunds will be given because of these local obligatory taxes.

  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in resalable condition. - shipping fees are not refundable and you are responsible to ship item back in a secure method. - custom-made items cannot be returned. This refers to all personalized jewelry and stone set rings that can't be re-sized.
  • In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned within 14 days from date of your initial notice to return. If you returned item is not received by me within 60 days of your initial purchase PayPal fees cannot be refunded

Tax information (applies to Europe only)

This is an international transaction. Prices DO NOT include VAT- Duty-Customs taxes.
I can not collect European VAT and have NO control over how your country charges taxes.
In most cases there is no charge, but please note that there is a possibility of this payment addition. 

Local tax payment is at the buyer's responsibility.
